Wir sind Townscape.
Ein Berliner Projektentwickler für hochwertige Wohn und Gewerbeimmobilien. Aus einer langjährigen Freundschaft ist ein Unternehmen gewachsen, das seit über zehn Jahren Räume schafft, in denen Menschen gerne leben und Unternehmen wachsen.
Am Anfang stand eine Freundschaft. Henrik Sassenscheidt, Filip Aulin sowie die Brüder Philipp und Sebastian Grabianowski kennen sich seit vielen Jahren. Aus diesem Vertrauen ist die Art und Weise entstanden, wie wir bis heute arbeiten und Projekte gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern entwickeln. Seither ist Townscape stetig gewachsen, ergänzt in der Geschäftsführung durch Thomas Schiffer, und hat sich als verlässlicher Entwickler über Berlin hinaus einen Namen gemacht.

1985
The Beginning
Devestate started as a tiny, ambitious idea in a small room with a big dream: Let’s build spaces people actually enjoy living in. Armed with passion, two desks, and way too much coffee, the first blueprint was drafted.
1988
The first foundation
Our very first residential project broke ground. It wasn’t the biggest building in the city — but it had heart, character, and a waiting list longer than expected. That’s when we knew we were onto something.
1993
Growing faster than concrete sets
Devestate expanded into commercial development, designing boutique office spaces that felt more like creative hubs than cubicle farms. People started calling us the “friendly developer” because we actually listened.
1999
A new era of design
We embraced modern architecture before it was cool. Glass facades, bold silhouettes, smart layouts — our buildings started turning heads, and sometimes even traffic.
2014
5,000 happy residents
A milestone worth celebrating. We didn’t throw a huge party… but we definitely ordered fancy cake.
2023
The luxury chapter
We launched our first collection of luxury residences — calm, modern, elegant homes that looked straight out of architectural magazines. They sold out faster than we could refresh the website.

Today and beyond
Devestate stands tall with four decades of experience, hundreds of delivered projects, and thousands of happy residents. But we’re just getting started. The next chapter is bigger, bolder, and even more beautiful — because luxury should feel effortless, and home should always feel like home.
